Your use of the Platform constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms as at the date of your access or registration. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you are required to cease using the Platform immediately and, if applicable, close your account.
These Terms are available in English at all times. They are to be interpreted as written. Where ambiguity arises, interpretation shall favour clarity and user protection within the bounds of the Operator's licensing obligations.
Where a User continues to use the Platform after an amendment to these Terms has been communicated (by notification on the Platform or by email to the registered address), such continued use constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
Minors Strictly Prohibited: The Platform is available exclusively to adults aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's license jurisdiction or the User's country of residence. Use of the Platform by anyone under the applicable minimum age is strictly prohibited. 77hd takes age verification seriously and reserves the right to suspend any account where underage use is suspected pending full KYC verification.

The Operator reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts that do not meet these criteria. It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction at all times.

Each individual may hold only one active account on the Platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — for the purpose of exploiting bonuses, circumventing limits, or for any other reason is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any other person. The Operator accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to an account resulting from a User's failure to protect their credentials. You must notify the Operator immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
You must notify the Operator promptly of any changes to your registered personal information. Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, cancellation of winnings, and forfeiture of account balances.
The Operator is required under its licensing obligations to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. These procedures are designed to verify the identity, age, and residential address of account holders and to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling.
You may be required to submit KYC documentation at any of the following stages: upon registration; before your first withdrawal or upon reaching a specified cumulative withdrawal threshold; when making a deposit above a specified amount; or at any time the Operator reasonably determines that verification is required.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing, restrict betting activity, or place a hold on account funds pending completion of KYC verification. Funds held pending KYC are not at risk of forfeiture solely on account of the verification process, provided the account holder cooperates in good faith.
Deposits to the Platform must be made using payment methods accepted by the Operator and available in your jurisdiction. The Operator may display familiar Pakistani payment references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah — as contextual examples of payment types. These references do not constitute a guarantee that any specific payment provider will accept or process gambling-related transactions, nor do they imply endorsement of the Platform by those providers.
Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Platform's cashier page and may vary by payment method. The Operator reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice posted on the Platform.
Where Pakistani Rupees (PKR/Rs) are supported as an account currency, amounts are displayed and processed in PKR. Exchange rates for currency conversion (where applicable) are applied by the payment processor or the Operator's systems at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction. The Operator accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.
Where cryptocurrency deposits are accepted (including BTC, USDT, or other digital assets), the Operator converts the deposited amount to the account's base currency at the prevailing rate at the time the deposit is confirmed on the relevant blockchain. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible; Users must ensure they send funds to the correct wallet address provided.
Users may only deposit funds from payment accounts or instruments held in their own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made using accounts held in another person's name — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and withholding of associated funds pending investigation.
The Operator does not accept deposits of funds derived from illegal activity. Suspected money laundering will be reported to relevant authorities as required under the Operator's anti-money laundering obligations.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds, and the absence of any pending investigation or account restriction on the User's account.
The Operator will endeavour to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. Actual processing times vary by payment method and are stated on the Platform's cashier page. No specific payout timeline is guaranteed; withdrawal timescales displayed on the Platform are estimates provided in good faith and may be affected by payment provider processing times, additional KYC checks, or technical factors outside the Operator's control.
Where operationally and technically feasible, the Operator may require withdrawals to be processed to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit. This policy is maintained for fraud prevention and anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining Real Funds balance (net of any Bonus Funds not subject to completed wagering requirements) will be processed to the User's verified payment method following standard KYC procedures. Closure withdrawal requests are processed within the Operator's standard timeframe.
The Operator may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards, and other promotional offers from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in the promotion-specific terms. Users must satisfy applicable wagering requirements in full before submitting a withdrawal request if Bonus Funds form part of their account balance.
The exploitation of bonuses — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, using matched betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or making deposits solely for the purpose of claiming a bonus without genuine intent to use the Platform — is prohibited. The Operator reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where bonus abuse is identified, and to suspend or close the relevant account.
Promotional eligibility criteria vary by offer. Some promotions may be restricted by payment method, geographic region, or product type. The Operator makes no guarantee that any specific promotion will remain available indefinitely. Promotional terms may change with notice on the Platform. Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity period will expire automatically.
Where an account holds both Real Funds and Bonus Funds, Real Funds are generally used first in wagering, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Users should review their account balance details carefully before placing bets to understand which funds are being staked.
All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the Operator's published betting rules, which are available within the relevant sports or games sections of the Platform. General provisions applicable to all betting activity are set out below.
All bets are accepted at the Operator's sole discretion. The Operator reserves the right to decline, limit, or restrict any bet without providing a reason. A bet is not confirmed until a unique bet reference number has been issued to the User and the relevant stake has been deducted from the account balance.
In the event of a manifest error — including clearly incorrect odds, pricing errors, or technical faults in the Platform — the Operator reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Users' accounts. Winnings derived from manifest errors will not be paid out. The Operator will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct errors promptly.
Live in-play betting markets are subject to real-time odds changes. Bets placed during live events may be subject to a short delay in acceptance while the Platform confirms current odds. The Operator accepts no liability for bets that cannot be placed due to connection interruptions on the User's end.
In the event of a dispute regarding a betting result, the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket, the ICC for international events) shall be used to determine the outcome. Where no official result is available, the Operator's internal records and data provider records shall be treated as authoritative.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
All content published on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, odds presentation formats, design elements, software code, and game interfaces — is owned by or licensed to the Operator and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not permit: reproduction, distribution, or public display of Platform content; modification or creation of derivative works; or use of data-mining, scraping, or equivalent tools to extract Platform content.
Any unauthorised use of Platform intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose the User to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Operator shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms excludes the Operator's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Applicable Law. The Operator's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the three months preceding the date of the relevant claim.
Gambling Risk Warning: Gambling carries inherent financial risk. You may lose money placed as wagers. Never gamble with funds you cannot afford to lose. The Operator accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by Users on the Platform.

Requests to activate, increase, or apply responsible gambling tools take effect immediately. The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any User account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances: suspected breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period; irregular or potentially manipulative betting patterns; or upon receipt of a legal or regulatory instruction.
Users may close their account at any time by contacting the Operator's support team. Upon closure, any Real Funds balance remaining in the account (excluding Bonus Funds not subject to completed wagering requirements) will be returned to the User's verified payment method. Account closure requests may take up to five (5) business days to process.
Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, all Bonus Funds, pending bonus winnings, and balances derived from activity in contravention of these Terms are subject to forfeiture. Real Funds deposited and not involved in the breach may be returned at the Operator's discretion following any applicable investigation period.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence, as notified on the Platform. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the Platform, you should first contact the Operator's support team at the email address listed in Section 18 below. The Operator will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within five (5) business days and aim to provide a full response within thirty (30) days. If your complaint cannot be resolved directly, you may be entitled to escalate to the relevant alternative dispute resolution body specified under the Operator's licence terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, Users waive any right to participate in class action proceedings or group litigation against the Operator in relation to any matter arising under or connected with these Terms.
The Operator reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments materially affect Users' rights or obligations, the Operator will provide notice through the Platform (including a notification on the website or by email to the registered address) at least fourteen (14) days before the amended Terms take effect, where reasonably practicable.
For minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter substantive rights, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law — no advance notice period may be given, and the updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with an updated effective date.
